How do I sign up?
Simple! Click "Sign Up" at the top of any page on our website, choose the type of box you would like, choose your terms and you will be taken straight through to the payment window.
What kind of jewellery do I get?
Sparkle & Rock specialises in beautiful costume jewellery. Depending on which box you choose you will receive fashionable styles hand picked monthly by our stylists. If you can’t decide on one style then you can choose our mixed box!
How many pieces of jewellery do I get?
Each month you will receive between 1 and 4 pieces of jewellery. On the months where we are sending you 1 piece it will be an extremely high value or limited edition designer piece.
Can I choose my jewellery?
You can’t choose your jewellery but you can choose the style of jewellery that you wish to receive. Our team of stylists work hard every month to bring you the latest fashions and to advise you how to wear them.
You do however, have the opportunity to purchase products from previous boxes from our shop.
Can I return my jewellery if I don’t like it?
We don’t accept returns on subscription boxes unless you have received a faulty product. In this case we will endeavour to replace your box or offer a full refund.
If you purchase something from our shop this can be returned, unworn, for a full refund within 28 days of receipt.
We want you to be more than happy with your subscription box or purchase. If you experience the above, or are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help.
When does my money come out?
If you choose our monthly option, the payment for your first box will come out immediately. If it is before the 21st of the month (our cut off date) then you will receive a box for that month. Your next payment and all payments going forward will then come out on the 1st of each month.
If you sign up after 21st of the month, you will receive a box for the following month and no payment will come out on the 1st of the following month. Your second payment will come out on the 1st of the month after that and each month afterwards.
For example, if you order on the 12th of January, your card will be billed immediately and your first box will be despatched on the 21st of January. Your first rebilling cycle will be on the 1st of February.
However, if you order on the 23rd of January, your first box will be despatched on the 21st of February but you will not be rebilled on the 1st of February as you will not have received your first box yet. You next billing cycle will fall on the 1st of March.
If you choose our 3, 6 or 12 month sign up options then your payment will be taken in full at sign up. For our fixed three, six or twelve month subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the period signed up for. You may opt out of automatic renewal before the 14th day of your expiration month through your customer account. Any three, six or twelve month subscription (fixed or gift) cancelled before the subscription expiration is not eligible for a refund.
I ordered in the cutoff window. Does this mean I'll get charged again on the 1st of the following month?
No. If you ordered during the cutoff window, it will be too late to despatch you a box for that month and you will skip a billing cycle.
When do I receive my parcel?
If you ordered between the 1st and the 21st of the month, your box will be despatched on the 21st of that month.
If you ordered between the 21st and the last day of the month (inclusive), you have ordered within our cutoff window and your box will be despatched on the 21st of the following month.
Boxes are despatched via Royal Mail second class post, so should arrive within 2-4 working days.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the UK.
How much is postage and packaging?
Our p&p is a flat rate of £3 (subject to change)
Can I gift a subscription?
Of course! A subscription box makes an amazing gift and it really does keep on giving. You can choose between 3, 6 or 12 months gifts.
How do I cancel my subscription or skip a month/reactivate my account?
You can pause or cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the site.
How do I update my billing/personal information?
